Climate Change Adaptation 

Whether one attributes the 100% plus increase in non geophysical events to climate change or not; the message is clear.  Catastrophic non geophysical events world wide are increasing rapidly.

 

There is need for adaptation to these climate related events, to ensure public health, welfare and safety as well as protection of the environment.
