So, what is this site really about:

 

• The target audience may range from Professional groups, to senior students, to elected officials, to the interested public.  

• Without lobby or "drama"; to present scientific data that is seen to be transparent in purpose; and clear in analysis and assumption.

• To clearly show data whose analysis is fully explained and conclusions understood.

• Many conclusive claims do not illustrate the link between the claim and the analysis. Or the analysis is not well suited to the claim.  This tends to impart an opinion rather than an observation based on a well formed scientific analysis.  There is no right or wrong way.  Only more clear or less clear.  

• Information here originates from some of the best scientific organizations on Canada's west coast when it comes to Climate Change and Climate Change Adaptation.  Check the resources page.

• This Site attempts to package up that information in a concise manner and provide access to relevent science in an efficient manner.  Consider it an 'executive summary' of a complex and much debated topic.

• This site is about all those CONNECTIONS with a focus on Adaptation.

• This site is dynamic and will attempt to provide relevent updates to keep up with the rapidly expanding knowledge base.

• This site will rely on well supported  scientific knowledge.
